Position Summary:

The Internal & External Communication Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our employer brand both internally and externally. The role includes developing engaging internal email communications, organizing impactful events, and coordinating CEO town halls. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with external stakeholders such as media agencies and handling press releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding:

- Develop and implement strategies to build and enhance the employer brand internally and externally.

- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to create cohesive employer branding campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze employer brand perception on LinkedIn and take proactive steps to improve it.

Internal Communication:

- Draft and disseminate engaging internal email communications to employees.

- Organize and manage internal events, including CEO town halls, to foster a strong organizational culture.

- Ensure consistent and clear communication of company values, mission, and updates.

External Communication:

- Manage relationships with media agencies and coordinate the release of press releases.

- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with external stakeholders to promote the company's image.

- Handle external communication channels, including social media and company website updates related to employer branding.

Content Creation:

- Create high-quality content for internal newsletters, external media releases, and social media platforms.

- Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing communication materials.

Event Management:

- Plan and execute company events that promote employee engagement and brand awareness.

- Coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and ensure seamless execution.

Feedback and Analysis:

- Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continually improve communication strategies.

- Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
