1. Backend & Frontend Development: Scalable, customizable platforms tailored to client needs.
2. Subscription & Billing Systems: Advanced tools for managing subscription plans, dynamic pricing, and offers.
3. Payment Gateway Integration: Seamless connections to local and global platforms like PayTM, Razorpay, and Stripe.
4. Wallet Maintenance: Secure and flexible digital wallet solutions.
5. eCRM Integration: Sophisticated customer management tools designed for OTT ecosystems.
6. Single Sign-On (SSO): Simplified, secure user access across platforms and devices.
7. Analytics & Insights: Tools to track user engagement, identify churn patterns, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities-
1. Sales Strategy-
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to scale Ottplay's TaaS vertical, targeting media companies globally.
2. Technical Sales Leadership-
- Leverage deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of Ottplay's solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Address complex client challenges, such as transitioning from legacy systems and integrating payment gateways.
3. Client Acquisition & Management-
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders.
- Lead discussions and workshops to showcase how Ottplay's TaaS solutions solve operational bottlenecks and drive revenue.
4. Market Expertise-
- Stay informed about OTT trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
5. Revenue Growth-
- Drive aggressive revenue targets and establish Ottplay as the go-to TaaS provider in the OTT sector.
Requirements-
- Academic Background- :
- Degree in technology, engineering, or business from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, IIM, or equivalent preferred).
- If not from a premier institute, a proven track record of exceptional career achievements that demonstrate your ability to outshine any academic pedigree.
- Experience- :
- 15+ years in technology and B2B sales, with at least 5 years in OTT, streaming tech, or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of OTT platforms, subscription management systems, payment integration, and eCRM tools.
- Ability to engage deeply with technical stakeholders and navigate backend, frontend, and API integration discussions.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Background in launching or scaling OTT platforms or streaming tech solutions.
- Experience transitioning clients from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Familiarity with global OTT trends and consumer behavior insights.
