- Identify, shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for services through networking, referrals from existing customers and cold calls.
- Building relationships with current clients in order to increase sales through repeat business from existing customers.
- Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams.
- Managing and leading team, assigning target, review mechanism to track progress and coaching team members.
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
- Establishing pricing structures services to ensure profitability.
Below are the key desired skills:
- Qualification - Professional Master's degree (MBA)
- Experience - 10-14 years in Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales with at least 4-5 years in sales of services
- Should have connect with CHRO/ HR Heads of companies from startups to listed companies.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
