Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Funnels: Design and optimize in-platform journeys that drive discovery, engagement and conversions for Astro products.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Own end-to-end campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging to increase engagement, upsell, and retention.
- Content-Product Integration: Collaborate with editorial and product teams to embed AstroTech offerings within relevant content verticals and user flows.
- User Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage behavioral and demographic insights to build contextual journeys (e.g., zodiac-based offers, habit triggers, etc.
- Analytics & Experimentation: Build funnels, track key metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with tech, design, and performance teams to execute campaigns and ensure user experience consistency.
What Youll Need:
- Proven ability to drive growth by activating owned user bases for Astro Products.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention cohorts, and funnel metrics.
- Experience with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar CRM platforms.
- A keen eye for content-personalization fit and user psychology.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar tools.
- Interest in or curiosity about astrology, spirituality, or wellness is a bonus.
