Role Overview:


As the Growth Manager Astro Product, your mission is to unlock the massive potential within our own ecosystemconverting readers, app users, newsletter subscribers, and community members into paying users of our astrology products.
Youll develop and execute intelligent lifecycle strategies, build contextual journeys, and work closely with product, content, and CRM teams to drive measurable growth from within.


Key Responsibilities:


- Audience Activation: Develop strategies to segment and target relevant cohorts from our user base (content consumers, subscribers, app users, etc.


- Conversion Funnels: Design and optimize in-platform journeys that drive discovery, engagement and conversions for Astro products.


- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Own end-to-end campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging to increase engagement, upsell, and retention.


- Content-Product Integration: Collaborate with editorial and product teams to embed AstroTech offerings within relevant content verticals and user flows.


- User Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage behavioral and demographic insights to build contextual journeys (e.g., zodiac-based offers, habit triggers, etc.


- Analytics & Experimentation: Build funnels, track key metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with tech, design, and performance teams to execute campaigns and ensure user experience consistency.


What Youll Need:


- 47 years of experience in growth, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or conversion-focused product marketing, ideally in a media, content, or consumer tech company.


- Proven ability to drive growth by activating owned user bases for Astro Products.


- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention cohorts, and funnel metrics.


- Experience with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar CRM platforms.
- A keen eye for content-personalization fit and user psychology.


- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar tools.
- Interest in or curiosity about astrology, spirituality, or wellness is a bonus.
