The incumbent will be responsible for below mentioned key responsibilities:

- Ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the branch level.

- Responsible for New Business Development.

- Needs to have data driven approach to analyse trends and align sales strategies accordingly.

- Taking ownership of assigned targets and ensure achievement by effective funnel review

- Managing multiple Team members whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achieved

- Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring

- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business

- Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch

- Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.

- Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required

- Deliver on Sales Targets of online business

- Adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.

- Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings

- Should have growth mindset

- Good presentation & communication skills
