Mosaic Digital is a leading market research company dedicated to providing top-notch ICT research and GTM advisory to our clients including the likes of Google Cloud, IBM, HPE, Sify and more. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and stay updated on industry trends.

3. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through initial outreach and follow-up communications to build relationships and understand their business requirements.

4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to target key markets and meet or exceed sales targets.

5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

6. Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the ICT market, company's products or services and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

7. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients. Customize presentations and proposals to address the specific needs of each client.

8. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and research teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

9. Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or master's degree with 3+ years' experience in Sales/ Business Development.

- Proven experience in business development or sales role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
