Below are the key responsibilities for Incumbent:
1. Responsible for Invoice processing & Resolving problems in relation to invoice payments and ensure customer pay on time and chaise for overdue Invoices.
2. Responsible for customer reconciliation
3. TDS entries Reconciliation as per 26AS
4. Liaising with customers and the sales team
5. Conducting credit checks on new customers
6. Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
7. Bank reconciliation of centralized Collection account
8. Analysis of stale cheque account
9. Provide overall direction and guidance to other team members in recording the accounting transactions
10. Should have good communication skills.
11. Hands on SAP and MS office skills
