The person shall be primarily responsible for financial reporting (external and internal) and related deliverables.
Below are the key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish timely quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (including Cash flow statement and Segment Reporting) and disclosures
- Prepare monthly consolidated MIS financials for management reporting
- Collaborate with Statutory Auditors.
- Control Related Party transactions, which would include all approvals, Transfer Pricing studies, documentation, reporting and related party reconciliation
- Handling ESOP Trust accounts, ESOP Accounting and associated disclosures on a quarterly and annual basis for the group
- Ensuring compliance with Schedule III and CARO and Ind AS requirements.
- Co-ordination with the subsidiaries and Joint ventures for timely closure of books on a monthly basis
- Taking initiative in various projects like Automation, Corporate Restructuring, etc
- Handling Gratuity Trust Accounts
- Form DPT 3 compilation
- Handling current Tax and deferred tax computation, etc
Desired Skillsets:
- Good understanding of Ind AS and ability to interpret and apply to business situations
- Good understanding of the Companies Act and SEBI reporting and governance requirements
- Good Excel Skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to get hands dirty and do things him/herself
Experience :
- Finance, Accounting and Financial Reporting Experience 3-5 years
- Prior knowledge of SAP and experience of working in a SAP environment
- Prior Experience in a Listed Company shall be an added advantage
