- Monitor, assess, optimise and develop industry trend-aligned incentives, compensation and reward programs
- Assist in the creation and implementation of national and overall rewards plan, in addition to the management of general benefit programs
- Assess the efficacy of existing initiatives in relation to the goals of the organisation and, where needed, enforce reform
- Lead all forms of compensation, including salary, merit, promotions, equity, etc., and advise on the design of the incentive package
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on acceptable and appropriate total incentive packages, in order to attract and retain talent
- Design and implement communication techniques and operations aimed at educating and informing workforce about total incentives
- Prepare the annual budget for overall compensation and monitor benefits-related spending
- Identify and enforce metrics that measure and monitor the success of existing Total Rewards schemes and new programs
- Examine cross-departmental influences and resolve information exchange by effectively collaborating with Accounting, Finance, HR and other departments
- Establish and maintain good working alliances with key stakeholders
