National Manager - Talent Management - XLRI/TISS (7-9 yrs)
- Implement and execute talent management programs that meet talent management goals for the company
- Define and build talent management practices, identify gaps, and prepare processes to support company objectives by collaborating with the HR team and organization
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs by assessing the resulting learning, competence, job performance, and learners' satisfaction with the content
- Ensure timely, proactive, and continuous contact and interaction across the year with staff and different stakeholders, ensuring high visibility of talented work
- Perform benchmark analyses of the performance management system, succession planning, and career planning practices
- Improve organizational efficiency by designing and deploying solutions to improve leadership, productivity, and drive a culture of success
- Responsible for the formation of marketing and promotional strategies to support and effectively present programmes and learning opportunities for professional growth and employee involvement
- Guide and execute, in the company, succession planning, concentrating on key positions, high-performance workers, building talent maps and guiding follow-up on growth plans and actions
- Provide relevant and engaging content, exploit competency framework and different business skills and learning resources (advisors, videos, e-learning, webinars, others)
- Design and monitor post engagement action planning workshops to increase engagement within functions
- Play a key role in the development and execution of our employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR team and other stakeholders
- Lead on the development and delivery of an engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated about in timely and efficient ways
- Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees
- Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue
- Use predictive analytics & data to show employee trends & build engagement strategy
- Gather, analyse, and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Design and evaluating employee engagement surveys
- Design, implement, and analyze results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement
- Provide expert internal communications advice and support to senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, on critical decisions and messages that affect employees
- Ensure that employees are given the right materials and tools for effective performance
- Provide powerful induction and orientation to the new employees that will help them understand the objectives of the organization
