- Chartered Accountant professional with 10+ years certification is preferred.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in accounting, with a focus on RTR processes and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., IFRS, Ind AS, USGAAP).

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blackline) and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
