Job Description:
Objective:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and long-term vision to create highly sophisticated and innovative digital products.
2. Lead user research, conduct usability studies, and collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure end-to-end excellence in digital product management.
3. Craft a dynamic product vision encompassing short and long-term goals, translating them into actionable strategies and detailed documentation.
4. Conduct extensive market research, validation, and in-depth whitespace analysis to identify and capitalize on complex opportunities for enhancing both new and existing features and functionalities.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders and agile product teams to construct complex and visionary product roadmaps that align with the broader company's digital product portfolio, showcasing highly advanced gamification and UI/UX elements.
6. Utilize a variety of data sources to evaluate, analyze, and deeply understand the voice of the customer, ensuring the most sophisticated and tailored product experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Spearhead the management of the intricate product roadmap and backlog for assigned digital products, focusing on gamification and advanced UI/UX.
- Oversee and manage complex requirements discovery, solution design, user story creation, feature development, and user acceptance testing, with an emphasis on delivering highly engaging and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate closely with executive teams to identify key capabilities, potential issues, and ensure alignment with the gamification and UI/UX focus.
- Regularly partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop complex features, emphasizing gamification elements.
- Collaborate with the IT department to manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring the timely and precise delivery of highly intricate capabilities.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging that highlights the sophistication of gamification and UI/UX, ensuring differentiation from competitors.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, driving iterative improvements to maintain and enhance the complexity of digital products.
Digital Product Management:
- Balance user experience design and business goals while continually striving to improve the overall customer experience
- Coordinate and align with the BIG & Market IT team, Digital Enabler leads, Data & Analytics, external partners to produce a common and agreed-upon product roadmap that includes new features, CR's, and any product enhancements
- Work closely with market PO's & internal teams for feature prioritization, market localization and delivery management of a prioritized product roadmap
- Extensive interaction and collaboration with cross functional teams and external vendors.
- Continuously improve product through market feedback & innovation following agile ways of working
- Embed Product management best practices into existing processes and routines
Geographical Scope: Pan HCCB
Key Customers: Commercial - Zones and COEs, BSS, Vendors, Customers, IT, OU, BIG Etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Business Management Degree or Equivalent
Experience:
- A solid background of 7-10 years in digital product management, with a focus on complex gamification or UI/UX functionalities.
- Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills to navigate intricate product development.
- Proficiency in usability and customer-focused design, with a deep understanding of enhancing user experiences.
- Passion for building highly sophisticated products that address complex customer and business challenges.
- Desirable knowledge of Azure DevOps to manage complex product development processes.
Functional Skills:
- Digital product management

- Commercial Processes Understanding
