Job Description:
Objective - Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive digital HR transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise in both product management and digital transformation strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Digital Solutions Development:
- Develop and implement innovative digital solutions to address business challenges and opportunities across various functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, fostering strong relationships to support digital transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement best practices in digital transformation.
3. Product Management Expertise:
- Apply product management principles to guide the development and enhancement of digital products and services, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.
- Drive product lifecycle management activities, from concept ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
4. Process Optimization and Automation:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using digital technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of streamlined workflows and automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Change Management and Adoption:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital solutions and practices across the organization.
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful implementation and utilization of digital tools and processes.
6. Data Analytics Expertise:
- Utilize data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from functional data, informing strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress to stakeholders, and identifying areas for optimization.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Master's Degree
Experience: 5+ yrs. in Transformation
Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in product management principles
- Specialization in digital transformation methodologies and technologies
