Job Responsibilities:
- Interface with multiple departments to gather data, update tracking, and drive timelines
- Financial Reporting & Analysis including implementation of Accounting Standard and standard practice and procedures (as per TCCC USGAAP requirement)
- Detail MIS and analysis around company financial and management reporting - comparative against business plan - previous years and rolling estimates.
- Supporting financial controller around different strategic data point and presentation for senior leadership team with R&O etc
- Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
- Oversees the general accounting function, which includes inter- company accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet management.
- Will interface with Business Heads on any deviations from the organizational process and system perspective flagged to the Financial Controllers.
- New Business initiatives requiring close collaboration with other functions and support areas; have an ability to effectively work with both internal and external auditors as required; and interact and collaborate with various functions such as Product Control, Operations, Tax, IT, Auditors and Front Office in a truly global environment.
- Plan, monitor and drive statutory audit, tax audit, information system audit, Internal audit etc.
- Assess and implement changes (Ind AS, GST, Companies Act, Income tax etc.) to comply with accounting and external reporting requirement.
- Preparation of condensed financial statement and various management reporting Company at regular intervals
- Preparation of various decks for Board / CFO meeting presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with transactional accounting team.
- Monitor work of financial services staff and ensure compliance to company's procedures and policies.
- Manage and utilize available tools to provide regular and relevant financial analysis to the stakeholders.
- Follow and develop new standards for data analytics and reporting in the organization.
- Work with department managers to understand potential key metrics, partner with the department to develop appropriate reporting
- Communication update to functional leadership team for inputs / feedback as applicable
- Introduce new enhancement / opportunity area for finance users
- Deliver proper direction for changes executed by functional leads
- Drive the team to administer and provide upgrades to controlling system and maintain track of long-term facilities
- Assist and employ workers for servicing inside and outside the company.
- Manage all challenging activities and ensure proper development for same
- Design intelligence programs for bringing flexibility to innovative plans
- Ensuring and responsible for correct accounting across HCCB.
- Manage and recommend upgrade to current activities within the framework of SAP.
- Collaboration within finance function like Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Commercial.
- Assist financial services staff to optimize sales and maintain effective customer relationship to increase revenues and improve branch effectiveness.
- Maintaining progressive mindset for IT related development to take finance function forward.
- Introduce new enhancement / opportunity area for finance users.
- Business partnering with all the service functions (like IT, HR/Admin, Legal, PAC etc.)
- Cost Management for all the applicable service functions.
- Budget planning collaboration with all service function heads.
- Financial decision-making support to all the service function heads.
- Stakeholder management including HCCB ; OU ; BIG and TCCC for Project & Program management.
- Analyze work of each employee and organize programs for performance improvement.
- Monitor work of financial services staff and ensure compliance to company's procedures and policies.
- Oversee service delivery by financial services staff to ensure effective customer-oriented services.
- Manage and utilize available tools to define client requirements and identify issues to sort out for final resolution.

Geographical Scope: Pan India
Reports To: Financial Controller
Key Customers:
Internal Customers: Other sub functions in FSS/BSS, Zonal Finance and Taxation, Commercial and procurement department, Zonal finance managers at units/plants/region, HO Tax Cell, Corporate, Services functions stakeholders including respective function heads. Corporate & Group entities as applicable.
External Customers: Auditors, Consultant, IT Service partners etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 7-8 years of experience in Finance accounting and reporting team preferably in FMCG Industry.
