Job Description
- Along with Engg services expertise candidate should have good experience in project management with leadership capabilities, strategic planning and problem-solving approach.
- Candidate should have handled project from concept to commissioning & handover which involves finalization of concept note, Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, URS, procurement, execution, Process equipment, utilities, Piping, Electrical & instrumentation, automation, Installation and Commissioning, Qualifications, validation and Handing over to the User department for commercialization.
- Responsible for BOQ finalization, Tender floating, technical bids, techno-commercial comparisons & CAP negotiations in co-ordination with procurement team.
- Responsible for Statutory approvals for project from local bodies, CGWA, fire dept, electrical inspector, boiler inspector, CCOE etc. as per requirement of business.
- Responsibility includes finalization of user requirements, basic and detailed engineering, preparation of BOQs and tenders in co-ordination with consultants.
- Responsible for green field and brownfield expansions with increasing capacity of process equipment- s, utilities, warehouse, cold chambers etc.
- Responsible for budgets (CAPEX), master schedules, resource schedules, manpower mobilization, execution plans, statement of requirements, management plans and tenders
- Responsible for engineering design of HVAC, ETP, RO and ZLD, their installation and commissioning & performance evaluation w.r to output parameters like BOD, COD, RO permeate, conductivity, evaporation rate at ZLD, yield at ATFD etc.
- Understand the design and operation aspects of effluent treatment scheme. Involved in Effluent treatment scheme finalization, tendering, techno commercial comparison and then execution and commissioning.
- Candidate should have detailed knowledge about the water systems and water parameters, selection of schemes, equipment's, unit operations and validation concepts. Pharma water knowledge is must.
- Candidate should well aware about water, HVAC, safety guidelines. Eg. WHO, USP, EN 285, ISO 14644, EN 779 etc.
- Candidate should have knowledge of pharmaceutical / chemical / FMCG manufacturing processes and well known about GMP manufacturing practices. Pharma experience will add advantages.
- Candidate should well known about validation concepts like sanitization, sterilizations, Hot Cold CIPs etc. Candidate should well aware about sterile manufacturing concepts.
- A Project responsibility include schedule preparation and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. Main responsibility is inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.
- Preparation of Bar chart of entire project, to monitor the activities as per schedule, performance management of vendors.
- Follow ups with consultant, monitor progress of engineering approvals like. P&ID, data sheets, dwgs, layouts etc.
- Well known about safety aspects & guidelines to be followed during project.
- Candidate should well known about man, material movement concepts of industries, inputs required in finalising equipment layouts, RCP layouts, site development layouts and plan.
- Candidate should well aware about HVAC, area classification, pressure zoning concepts.
- Candidate must have knowledge about process automations, dynamics control, operation philosophies, control logics, process data/logs communication and implementation of computer systems along with integration and automation.
- Monitor the progress & Provide execution & commissioning support at site for the finalised systems on need basis.
- Responsible for capex proposals, spend management, track of spend commitment on weekly and monthly basis.
- Co-ordination with finance, accounts and internal stakeholders for vendor payments, capitalization and closure of capex.
- Build effective relationship with key & strategic stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all Activities & deliverables.
