Job Description:
Objective:
eB2B Program is the transformation and digitization of our current Route-to-market across the General Trade
The purposes are-
a) to establish a Direct relationship between HCCBPL and the retailer to be able to influence Demand and grow faster
b) to give the retailer a Digital ecosystem for interaction with HCCBPL across the customer relationship funnel
c) increase the numeric distribution with an efficient cost to serve
The transformation is planned across the pillars of Demand Capture, Demand Generation, Demand Fulfilment, Payments, and Customer relationships and underpinned by new Digital Capabilities, Technology, Data, and Analytics.
Work Location: Bangalore
Area of Scope- Pan HCCB
Job Responsibilities:
eB2B Analytics and Insight to action:
- Analyze all digital metrics from online data of eB2B solution in the market
- Drive top-line turnover growth through digitized stores as per aligned country ambition
- Drive Performance management along with the Digital trade marketing collaborating with W@POS and the trade marketing team for all eB2B deliverables (Business Case, Turnover, Store enrolment, Digital metrics e.g., Active, Repeat, Engagement, Sessions, Conversions, etc.)
- Help execution team with insights and report back to management on the eB2B project performance
- Analyze Chatbot/web/app behavioural data and recommend UI/UX changes, AB testing
Advanced analytics & Insights [Transactional Data]:
- Support yearly BP planning with relevant channel-based, portfolio-based offline-online insights for projections
- Circulate analytics and performance updates to the execution team and central team
- Circulate and drive passively the eB2B promo & campaigns
- Automate analytics and insights signals in Power Bi/Tableau
Advanced Analytics & Insights [Behavioural Data]
- Share marketing analytics periodically and recommend the effectiveness
- Manage Google Analytics & Firebase, Big Query, and Data Studio platforms for tracking Chatbot/Web/App behavioural data
- Create and recommend events in new versions
- Integrate eB2B segmentation and event data in performance marketing automation solution
- Initiate AB testing recommendations.
- Combined transactional and behavioural analytics to generate cross-platform insights
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Should be able manage projects end to end to deliver within agreed timelines
- Proficient in cross team stakeholder management to gather requirements and have them delivered
- Should be able to manage relationships with different vendors and their resources to get work done
Geographical Scope: Pan HCCB
Key Customers: Commercial - Zones and COEs, BSS, Vendors, Customers, IT, OU, BIG Etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Graduation in Data Science (Masters / MBA Preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
