Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages - Finance Analyst

- To support management through analytics and monitor key indicators to ensure costs are in line with plan and the opportunities are leveraged on estimated logistics spend of 950 crore per year

1. Help the supply chain finance head to monitor lead indicators of cost drivers on regular basis and share in sights to cluster heads to drive opportunity areas and deviations to budget to work on mitigation plans.

2. Business partner with head of infrastructure and logistics to monitor cost savings and automation projects and identifying new opportunities.

3. Work with functional team on monitoring capital investments delivering projected returns

4. Participate in bidding process along with procurement and operations team on bidding and sharing in sights useful for negotiation on freight rates and vendor explore

1. Financial Planning and analysis: Actively participate in the business planning, Rolling Estimate and Actual analysis for logistics cost lines through continuous interactions and regular updates with functional team and cluster finance team. Identify and work on opportunities of Cost control/Saving to achieve optimum distribution cost through predictive analytics and scenario planning;

2. FSD compliance: - Work with cross functional teams in generating FSD deviation report and share MIS around cost of non-compliance in financial terms to drive corrective action.

3. Capital & Project Management: Work with functional teams on arriving at pay back workings along with justifications on capital investments and building scenarios and driving PACE methodology for investment decisions.

4. Process & Service Improvements: Take initiative and actively support and participate in operational excellence, Zero based work and company initiatives to improve the processes efficiencies and cost optimisation. Enhance functional efficiency and service levels through effective support and utilization of Business Shared Services (BSS)
