Position Objective
1. Lead Quality team in enriching framework and capabilities
2. Lead and manage identification and successful outcomes of Continuous Improvement opportunities / Projects in the respective account using Business Excellence framework
3. Connect with clients to understand overall business landscape and drive opportunities for strategic value adds
Responsibilities
1. Understanding & alignment to overall Quality & Business Excellence framework
2. Ability to interpret the Voice of Customer (external & internal) & drive quality performance
3. Creating Growth Path/Succession Planning for the team
Passion for excellence
1. Driving continuous improvement initiatives such as AIM, SPARK & DSS/PCS projects
2. Driving Developmental Programs for the team
Identifying, recommending and implementing ways to increase the productivity and the quality of the team
Planning & Organizing
1. Proper planning & implementation of QA audits, feedback sessions, Corrective & Preventive action
Monitor, drive, execute tasks as per plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, Cost
Track and communicate business results
2. Effective Resource Utilization
3. Review and Regulate SOP
Directing & Monitoring
1. Define and review team KRAs
2. Manages day to day QA Operations
3. Adherence to company policies
4. Ensuring the process meets & sustains the defined Service levels
Accountability
1. Take lead & co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to meet all Quality deliverables
2. Timely publishing of performance reports / dashboards
3. Attend to Process Escalation and provide effective solutions
4. Attend to Client calls, Status Meeting and Client Feedback
Problem Solving & Decision making
1. Proactively identify problems and collaborate for effective solutions
2. Conduct team performance reviews and facilitate in RCA
3. Involve with operations in deriving necessary action plans and help in effective implementation
4. Ensuring continuous quality improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Deep knowledge and experience in handling Quality function
2. Having worked in multiple environments within the domain, good understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain, preferably worked in multinational organizations / clients and having exposure to international practices and initiatives
3. Good understanding of the process & dynamics
4. Knowledge on Quality frameworks, tools & methodologies to identify & drive process performance
5. Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean certified
6. Process Metrics Management
7. Drive Innovation & Value adds
8. Good knowledge on ISO
9. Excellent Communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
