Business Development and Relationship Management of MSME clients
Accountabilities :
Key Accountabilities :
1. To identify, acquire, manage and enhance the commercial client portfolio targeting MSME clients.
2 Establish new borrowing relationships for MSME, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank's market share.
3 Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.
4 Manage the loan portfolio to ensure the establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with NBFC credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
5 Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients and anchor companies at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
6 Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.
7 Keeping the team updated on the product offering as per market requirement.
8 Maintaining the portfolio health and proactive involvement in the collection of dues from the borrowers.
Education & Qualification :
MBA/CA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :
- A professional with total experience of approximately 5-8 years as an MSME Business Development / Relationship Manager with a reputed financial institution
- Candidate should have handled a portfolio of MSME clients, should have product knowledge of channel and vendor financing, factoring and other structured solutions.
- Good skills in the assessment of credit risk, spread and analyze the financial statements.
- Candidates with relevant experience in technology driven supply chain and channel finance solution would be preferable
