Experience- 18- 20 years in commercial leasing
1. Leasing & Sales of Commercial properties:
(a) Business Development - Directly identifying clients/tenants (IT, ITes, Services, BFSI and Manufacturing companies).
(b) Networking - Liaising with IPCs & Brokers and sourcing deals.
(c) Market Intelligence - Tracking trends & transactions in different micro markets.
2. Lease Process Administration:
(a) Drafting proposals for submission and making Presentations.
(b) Organizing site inspections for prospective clients.
(c) Negotiations and Deal closure.
(d) Documentation - Legal & EHS due diligence process.
(e) Coordinating handover of premises.
3. Internal Coordination:
(a) With Architecture and Project teams for technical information & submissions.
(b) With Property Management team during handover and occupancy.
