JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position : DM / Manager - Finance - Plant Finance

Division/ Department : Finance - Plant

Location : Doddaballapur

Reporting to : AGM - Finance

Reported by No : 2 Designation : Executive, Officer

No. of positions : 1 (One)

Brief description of the job:

Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist the AGM in managing daily Finance Operations at the Factory Plant

2. Monthly book closure for Plant, in SAP

3. Accounting - Inventory Valuation, Sales booking, COGS working, Tax impact

4. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS - to senior management, and to central consolidation team

5. Ensure Adherence to Accounting Policies at Plant

6. Lead the team - provide guidance for day to day accounting operations

Key Knowledge & Skills Required :

a) Knowledge of Factory Accounting - Inventory, Revenue, Costing, Tax

b) Prefer to have had exposure to working on ERPs

c) Ability to comprehend the accounting positions vis--vis auditing / statutory requirements

d) Experience in interacting with senior management - presenting financial performance statements, adhoc analysis, etc.

Personal Specification :

Qualification :

Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant

Experience required Manufacturing Industry exposure, Excel skills

Prefer : Experience in working on ERPs, interaction with senior management, leading teams

Departmental Interface Operations, Tax, Treasury, Secretarial, Audit

Capabilities and Competencies :

- Good communication skills
