Himatsingka Group - Manager - Consolidation

Himatsingka Seide is a Group operating in the Home Textile space. A 4000 crore enterprise, is listed both on BSE & NSE. With a geographical presence in the Americas & European region !

We are hiring for our Finance Team to be based out of our Corporate Office in Bangalore.

We would highly appreciate responses from CA's with Big Four Experience !!!!

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Consolidation / Accounting / operations

- MIS Reporting

- Leading audit preparation and ensuring timely completion of audit

- Basic knowledge in tax compliance

- Production of Group consolidated financial statements (P and L, balance sheet, cash flow and other information) under IFRS for month end, year end, forecast and budget

- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements (published) for half year and year end along with relevant schedules/notes to these financial statements

- Preparation of monthly analytical reviews on results to the Deputy and Group Financial controller

- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and movements analysis

- Analysis and preparation of consolidation entries for disposals /liquidations/ acquisitions

- Ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances

- Preparation of various financial reports for senior management (board packs, budget packs, others.)

Desirable skillsets (not mandatory)

- Financial Reporting, IFRS

- Data analysis, Balance Sheet Reconciliation

- ERP exposure: Preferably SAP

- Executive interaction: discussion / review with senior leadership

- Worked in manufacturing companies

- Hands on experience in costing
