Performance Marketing

Role Description :

The candidate would be responsible for setup, management, and execution of our paid acquisition campaigns across different channels including CPC and CPM. The objective is to raise paid marketing to the next level through strategy, operation, testing, analysis, and optimization. You would be working with team members such as KAM, brand managers and external stake holders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help driving acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives with a focus on major search engines, display networks and video platforms.

- Setting up new acquisition marketing programs, experiment aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale the number of subscribers on the platform.

- End-to-end ownership of strategic and operational initiatives for paid marketing campaigns including budgeting, tracking, creative production, landing page optimisation etc.

- Report on monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights with the senior leadership team

- Identify market opportunities that will strengthen Himalaya's foothold.

- Develop a model of iterative testing and optimisation of all campaigns to drive efficiency in paid spends

- Ideate and execute strategies for keyword optimisation, campaign restructuring, improved retargeting of the users with the ultimate goal of acquisition and activation on the platform

- Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level

- Work closely with the internal content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments

- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines

- Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Attention to detail and complex processes

- Knowledge of FMCG and FMCG marketing would be preferred

- Understanding of digital and tech is the key
