Brand Manager E-Commerce (Animal Health/Wellness-OTC)
The Incumbent will lead sales, marketing and P&L for the assigned portfolio of Himalaya products on e-commerce channel. The person will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and execution of sales, branding and profitability targets.
Planning :
- Developing the Sales and Marketing plan for e-commerce for assigned portfolio - AOP and QOP Off-takes
- Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Off-takes
- Engage consumers with right product mix, consumer pricing, promotion vis- vis competition
- Own new launches and performance by listing in time, visibility campaigns, off-takes
Relationship Management :
- To handle all margin negotiations, TOT closure, revenue, campaign planning and collections.
- Ensure adherence to TOT by both e-commerce team and portal
Campaigns on AMS and FK account :
- Maintain and Manage yearly calendar of activities/campaigns
- Ensure campaigns creation and execution in time
Advertisement innovations to drive performance :
- Observe evolving marketing trends on e-commerce and experiment to maximize the returns on investments
Key Competencies :

- Ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast
- Knowledge of wellness/OTC e-pharmacy marketing would be preferred
Key Relationships :
Reports to : Head E-commerce
Internal Stakeholders : E-merchandising, sales planning, digital and brand marketing, supply chain, finance
External Stakeholders : E-tailer buying and category teams, e-tailer marketing and content teams, supply chain and finance teams
