Associate Manager - Learning & Development, The Himalaya Wellness Company
- The incumbent will work closely with business leaders across the organization to design suitable interventions
- Drive learning initiatives using SF LMS
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, online training, Classroom Training)
- Design various training programs through workshops, e-learning, coaching etc
- Deliver learning through various methodologies across the organization
- Execute developmental plans for all High Potential Talent
- Assess the development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Implement learning best practices across the organization
Must have -
- Proven experience in Learning & Development
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Exposure to Psychometric testing, coaching and mentoring
- Possess the ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across the organization and should be able to make quick but well thought out decisions based on assessment of few key facts
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (SF / SAP) and practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Previous experience in Human Resources Management
- Have minimum of 10-14 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management and facilitation of trainings
