Himadri Chemicals - Manager - Strategy

Business Development & External Strategy :

- Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities in line with Himadri's growth ambitions or existing synergies

- Analysis involves evaluating market trends, assessing competitive position, gathering required data and analyzing key financial drivers

- Identification of potential alliances, acquisitions and partnerships for both horizontal and vertical integration in domestic and global markets

- Evaluate such potential alliances based on the organizational, cultural and financial fit

- Perform activities throughout the entire timeline of business development projects, including due diligence, support on contract negotiation, and integration

Internal Strategy :

- Assist the Strategy Head in development of corporate strategy, including the annual budgets and plans for the Group

- Operational planning for specific business units in the Group and ensuring adherence to the plans

- Conduct financial and strategic analysis in order to develop plans that maximize the earnings potential of each business and the company as a whole

- Conduct analysis to resolve business issues, gather facts and evidence, identify scope for incremental and disruptive improvements in internal processes, recommend approach to realize them and manage such projects

Implementation :

- Support the business heads and business development managers to ensure correct implementation of all formulated strategies

- Take lead in specific projects formulated by Strategy team and ensure timely and effective completion

- Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners

Key Performance Metrics :

- Success of projects initiated and implemented

- Lead time from initiation of a project to developing its recommendations

- Oral and Written communication skills

Salary Range- Rs. 12 lacs to 15 lacs
