Key Responsibilities & goals:
- Contribute as an entrepreneurial business partner to the development, harmonization and implementation of globally standardized best practice processes across the service area and drive continuous improvement
- Responsible the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process within the service area based on global standards (GPMS)
- Responsible for regional Lean Management and to define the change management agenda based on local input
- Proactively identify and align continuous improvements, new initiatives for the regional roadmap and drive implementation
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role ?
- MBA in Operations preferred, Engineering from premium institute
- Minimum 3~ 5 years of experience in a similar field/function
- Has a high level understanding of quality management and Lean principles
- Learning attitude and drive to excel & Grow
- Good knowledge and experiences in project management and change management
- Fluent in English
