Position : Business Developer - Electronics

What is the role?
As a Business Developer you will be focusing on Electronics accounts important for the Hilti business. You will be responsible to building account strategies and implementing them to drive high level of engagement with the most important accounts. You will also steer the sales teams to grow overall business in the electronics segment.
Key Responsibilities & goals:- Execute E&I strategy by developing long term customer relationships with high level E&I contacts within the portfolio to drive business growth
- Achieve Hilti standards & specifications with key customer accounts to drive sales growth
- Drive achievement of specified product sales targets with assigned accounts
- Define the integration to Hilti business model and the ability to differentiate from competitors
- Support customers on technical topics related to our products
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development or equivalent customer facing experience
- Bachelor's in Engineering and MBA preferred.
- Able to define and implement long term business strategy
- Experience in working with large customer accounts and be able to penetrate at various levels of the organization, dealing in electronics and semi conductors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
- Effective business planning to maximize productivity and customer-facing time
