Position Title: Business Process Expert

Department: Finance

Reporting to: Business Excellence Head, India

Working Location: Gurgaon

HC Type: Full Time

Role Type: Individual Contributor

What is the role?

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Expert to join our Business Process Excellence team to be a center of excellence offering direction and support to Strategic marketing.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement, operational excellence, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.


- This role requires a hands-on approach to understanding, analyzing, and optimizing business processes while collaborating closely with stakeholders across various functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead process mapping and analysis efforts to understand current state processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Coordinate ERP system and tool related changes and upgrades.

- Identify, prioritize and implement E2E process improvements using CIP (continuous improvement) tools & best suited technologies.

- Be the connector between global, region and entities ensuring adherence to global standards while keeping local requirements in mind.

- Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and business requirements documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- Organize and facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding and consensus on process improvements.

- Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.

- Work with IT and external partners, as necessary, to ensure successful implementation of process changes and integration with existing systems

- Support change management efforts by creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and helping teams adapt to new processes.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, using KPIs, metrics to measure success and taking feedback from stakeholders

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Knowledge and experience of SAP/ERP implementation

- Strong functional expertise in ERP System, SAP Hana/ SAP By Design/ S4C is good to have

- 8-10 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation projects.

- Six Sigma certified

- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products (heavy emphasis on Excel and Power Point)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with change management methodologies and experience supporting teams through process changes.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and effectively collaborate with technical teams.
