What does the role involve?

- Day to day you will be responsible to identify the key contacts within AECOM different offices PAN India, conduct meetings, develop relationships with top management and drive specifications and sales of Hilti solutions by understanding their needs and processes. You will be responsible to elevate the vision and standards of these organizations to finally create Hilti favorable specification standards for various applications

- You will be responsible to drive innovation and establish topics like Passive Fire protection, Seismic designs, Modular supports etc. as part of conceptual planning, budgeting, and Architectural specifications for various AECOM Projects spread across India. You also get a chance to work with AECOM on few of the largest and most prestigious projects in the country

- Not only Hardware, but the role also involves exposure to software topics like BIM and Hilti Profis suite.

- You will be responsible to build long-term relationships with AECOM team to influence on High Engaging Relationships with Hilti for all relevant applications and establish Hilti as the Premier Engineering Partner in their projects. It will also involve a lot of networking & marketing activities and organizing dedicated events

- You will be responsible to work with Hilti Sales & Engineering teams who are handling other stakeholders like Contractors, Architects, PMCs etc. tagged with AECOM projects and create business synergies by coordinating for ongoing and future projects

- You will be responsible to support AECOM team on Technical and commercial topics like Designs, Specifications, Approvals etc.

- You will also need to create upcoming projects data bank with relevant details before hand and the market trends and conditions that effect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances.
