Regional Sales Manager - West & South Region
Job Description: ( Role of this position)
The position will, inter alia, be responsible for :-
- Developing the Fortune product line in the Institutional (Primary) & retail (secondary) market ;
- Developing innovative Marketing strategies for market penetration of this product ;
- Increase market share of this product without, cannibalising other related Business products;
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (including but non-exhaustive):
- To work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure volume targets are met or exceeded;
- To work closely with Operations, Quality & Logistics team to ensure proper throughput & timely dispatch.
- Help build new customers base for this product by organizing influencer's meet on defined frequencies;
- Undertake product focused ATL / BTL activities with Marketing to generate visibility of product & resulting into leads;
- Organise various influencer's activities like plumbers meet, dealers meet, architects meet, PWD / CPWD / railways Engineers meet, etc. to create awareness about the product & its specs;
- Develop appropriate pricing & discounting structure with Marketing, by retaining margins;
- Develop alternative distribution network to increase volumes & market share of this product, like private sector org, MNC- s, etc.
- Make Region / State wise competition profiling of this product segment for proper decision making;
- Manage, nurture & develop a Team of young professionals for business & their personal growth;
