Qualifications
Educational : Should be a qualified CA
Professional : Minimum of 4-5 years of business finance experience. Preferred in manufacturing industries.

Reporting Matrix: Administrative Reporting: Business Finance Head
Functional Reporting:
ROLE :
Responsible for supports the business finance and other business functions with financial analysis information and reports. Play a key role in business partnering for Finance function.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop Long term financial plan and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business
- Support the business with the details of production volume performance, cost analysis and monitoring
- Monitoring and modify financial plan and target amount based on the changes in business plans
- Drive cost saving initiatives and projects in coordination with plant lead finance and operation team
- Develop and share Finance MIS reports with functions for business Coordinate with operations, sales and marketing, Supply chain, HR, IT teams to support business operations effectively.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Initiate and complete strategic financial analysis and projects
- Support capital investment evaluation, approvals and post implementation performance review
- Coordinate with project team on major capital project
- Support to ensure the business adhere to all compliances, SOP, DOA requirement
- Support in Audits (Internal and Statutory)

Should be customer-sensitive, take timely feedback from them and address their complaints immediately.

Breaking the assignment into major milestones, and assigning timelines for each one, considering Risk factors in the planning process.

Ability to identify the relationship between events that are not obviously linked to each other, and take corrective & preventive actions for all production functions in the plant.
Functional Skills:
1) Knowledge of present Accounting Standards and terminologies
2) Knowledge of SAP - Must
3) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
4) Preferred experience on digital tools (BI, Anaplan)
