Roles and Responsibilities :
ROLE :
- Grow Market share for Birla Aerocon Brand in building solutions business by ensuring Birla Aerocon becomes brand of choice for Customers.
- Develop and grow the Blocks, Panels & Building Solutions business by implementing Marketing Strategies for Existing & New Products (developed in conjunction with Sales & Technical teams)
- Work and execute the identified Activity and Communication Plans within the defined budgets
- Enable Sales team success through development of Best in Class Customer Offers to enable customer acquisition
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Marketing :
- Map the Market to identify product segments to play in. Develop and manage products, packaging, promotions and offers to create winning capabilities in these segments.
- Understand the Sales and Customer buying process to create winning opportunities for Birla HIL.
- Planning and execution of marketing programs ( ATL & BTL), Competitive analysis ( including Price Monitors)
- Develop compelling Communications to create preference for Birla HIL products with Consumers, Customers & Influencers.
- Work with Sales team members to identify and develop channel partners and key accounts
- Partner with R&D to constantly enhance Birla Aerocon product propositions, development of products in line with market opportunity.
- Develop and execute POS, literature and designs for franchisee and exhibition participations.
Digital Marketing :
- Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive sales
- Championing the Digital Marketing initiatives to engage customers, influencers, etc.
Branding :
- Engagement with Advertising agency and media channels as appropriate for communication content creation through proper briefs.
- Create Product/Brand designs for implementation in shop visibility.

- Experience in a product led Company (B2B & B2C) an added advantage
- Consumer research (Qualitative & Quantitative) - concept briefing to analyzing the results & drawing effective strategies.
- A passion for Web technologies, and digital in general.
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools
