ROLE :
Design and execute various HR initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the performance management and HR Operations which include Employee Life Cycle Management
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Performance Management (PMS) & Rewards :
-Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of KRA setting, appraisal exercise on time.
- Create a performance oriented culture through monitoring on-going performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers.
- Implement online performance management system on HRMS flawlessly
- High performer management and retention
- Support the existing team in implementation of compensation strategy and driving compensation surveys, revamping of compensation structure, etc.get the final approval on Rating from MD & CEO
- Conclude PM process for the financial year with processing of increments, variable payouts with the help HR Operation Team (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits).
2. HR Operations (Budget, Employee Life Cycle, MIS, Audit etc.)
- Drive the day to day transactions in employee life cycle
- Prepare HR Annual Budget at the corporate level and review budget vs actuals at periodic intervals for Management Information Systems
- Prepare HR Dashboards for monthly as well as quarterly review which includes information on Employee Headcount, ,Attrition Analysis etc.
