About Us:

We are working with a select set of the world's best UHFT/HFT firms amongst others across US, Asian & European markets.

One of our clients, a fast growing, well capitalized HFT startup is looking to hire highly credentialed HF/UHF Traders for roles based in USA, UK, India, Singapore, Hong Kong or remote locations.

This firm is an all star experienced HF/UHF Traders + Technologists who have built an excellent ultra low latency platform with extremely low socket to socket latancy.

They are looking to add exceptional HF/UHF Traders with highly entrepreneurial mindset & in depth technology & Live High Frequency Trading expertise for at least 3 years.

Towards this, we are looking for HF/UHF/PM/Senior Traders with the following profile :-

- Deep experience in HF/UHF Trading - Maximum holding period - 30 sec, Orderbook Strategists, Daily Trade Capture - 1% of chosen markets.

- Excellent Sharpe Ratios (- 30). No overnight positions. ROC : high (100 - 200%) to very high (1000%).

- Live HF Trading experience on NSE/BSE/CME/NIKKEI/BOVESPA/KRX/EUREX for at least 3 years.

- Highly entrepreneurial - Willing to work with a decent base salary + significant profit share.

- Development & execution experience in completely automated systematic strategies.

- Strong C++/linux/python/bash and linear/non-linear regression/other strong quantitative modelling/research approaches & data mining skills.

- Asset Classes - Equities/Futures/Options/Commodities/Currencies/Interest Rate Futures.

- Strategies - Alpha Strategies, Market Making Strategies with short holding periods & high turnover. Minimum risk.

Compensation Model :- Decent Base + excellent to high upside profit share.

Current Capitalization :- Well capitalized for HFT. Well positioned for funding expansion as well.

NOT acceptable :-

- Medium/Low frequency Trading experience

- Back tested data with no live experience unless it was for a significant trade volumes (- 100,000 trades) durations longer than a month, with consistent profitability.

- Role is for HF/UHF traders, NOT for pure technologists/researchers.
