Designation: Head - Business Development

Job Location: Pondicherry / Delhi

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Responsibility:

- Be the SPOC for all leasing related queries for Hidesign retail.

- Develop new points of sale.

- Negotiate all terms for new as well as renewals of existing properties.

- Build and maintain relationships with retail leasing partners.

- Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements

- Oversee all legal documents and paperwork related to retail properties, with an assistant.

- Research, identify the locations and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English language.

- Ability to communicate effectively and excellent negotiation skills.
