- We are looking for an experienced Area Manager/Cluster Manager/Retail Manager to oversee and drive the operations and sales performance of Exclusive Brand Outlets within the Bengaluru region.

- This role requires a strong background in retail management, with a focus on sales, operations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards across all stores in the region.

- Sales Performance: Drive and manage sales to meet or exceed targets; analyze sales and stock data to optimize performance and inventory levels.

- Visual Merchandising: Ensure stores maintain high visual standards and are consistent with brand guidelines in merchandising displays.

- People Management: Train, motivate, and guide the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Coordination with Retail Operations: Collaborate with the backend retail operations team to address and resolve issues, ensuring seamless support for store teams.

- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Implement marketing initiatives and brand promotion events, enhancing customer engagement and brand visibility.

- SOP Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores, promoting consistency and operational excellence.

- Process Implementation: Support the rollout of new processes in stores, ensuring compliance and tracking adherence to updates and changes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in retail management, ideally with exposure to handling a high-volume region or multiple outlets.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on achieving sales and operational targets.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and inventory, with the ability to create actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer experience and brand representation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management, with a proven record in driving sales performance
