HFT Trader - Quantitative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a high-performance execution system using the NNF Exchange API, catering to the specific needs of our trading strategies.

2. Collaborate with trading teams to understand their execution requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

3. Design and implement robust, low-latency trading algorithms and strategies within the execution system.

4. Optimize system performance, including latency reduction, to ensure seamless and lightning-fast trade execution.

5. Handle real-time data feeds and market events, making quick and accurate decisions for order execution.

6. Integrate with various data sources and exchanges to facilitate trading activities.

7. Monitor and manage the execution system for stability, reliability, and scalability.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to trading operations.

9. Implement risk management protocols to safeguard against unexpected market conditions and system failures.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, traders, and operations, to continuously improve the execution system.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development in a high-frequency trading or algorithmic trading environment.

3. Proficiency in designing and developing execution systems using exchange APIs, specifically with experience in the NNF Exchange API.

4. Strong knowledge of low-latency and high-performance programming techniques.

5. Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.

6. Familiarity with financial markets, order types, and trading protocols.

7. Experience working with real-time market data feeds and understanding of market microstructure.

8. Solid understanding of risk management and trading compliance.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

10. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
