Position: All India Sales Head
Location: Udaipur (with frequent travel across India)
Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the building materials, architectural products, or premium surfaces industry

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to support our growing team and foster a dynamic work culture.
Role Overview:
Hey Concrete is seeking a dynamic and experienced All India Sales Head to drive nationwide sales growth, expand the dealer network, and manage a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening Hey Concrete's market presence across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive all-India sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance.
Dealer & Distribution Network Expansion
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and channel partners in key territories.
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure territory protection and exclusivity are effectively managed.
Team Leadership & Training
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Regional Sales Heads and Sales Executives across India.
- Conduct sales training programs to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and dealer engagement.
- Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the sales team and ensure their achievement.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and untapped customer segments.
- Work closely with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors to drive direct sales.
- Develop and execute strategies for project-based and B2B sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine product positioning.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in building materials, tiles, surfaces, or premium architectural products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a national or regional level.
- Experience in dealer/channel sales management and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a large sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
