Positions : Senior Manager / General Manager / Senior General Manager - Trade Finance Operations - Investment Banking

Location : Navi Mumbai

Minimum Education :

Bachelor Degree (commerce/science stream preferred) OR Master Degree (preferably Finance)

Preferred Experience :

Bachelor Degree - Min 6+ years in Trade Services / Trade Finance - including, processing and issuance of Import/Export LC and Documents for Acceptance and Negotiation, Guarantees, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Nostro Reporting, STP of Payment Messaging.

- Candidate should be well-versed with Compliance, AML, KYC and other regulatory Checks relevant to the process

CDCS Certification Preferred:

Responsibilities :

1. Processing standard

a. Authorization / Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures

b. Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised

c. Handling email queries and Correspondance with Branch

2. Risk and Control :

a. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures

b. Maintain performance metrics to track defects, productivity.

c. Assist unit for audit preparation and necessary actions for clean audit results

3. People Management :

a. Support training for new staffs. Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed without impact on delivery

b. Participate in cross functional projects at unit level

c. Ensure the team provides the best productivity to meet SLA targets

d. Motivate the team towards the business objective

e. Maintain team's performance metrics to track defects, productivity.
