Hexaware - Senior Manager - Fund Accounting Operations

15 years of experience in handling Capital Market Operations.

Education : Any Graduate.

Preferred : Any Graduate / PG

- Should have handled critical capital market processes in the areas of Middle Office / Back Office for Global entities having multiple delivery locations.

Key Areas of Focus :

- To act as a SPOC for operations delivery for the client (US based Investment Banking firm)

- Manage 200-250 team members across various lines.

- Ensure smooth delivery in confirmation with agreed SLAs within the parameters os MSA/SOW.

- Focus on customer delight and engagement through regular touch-points and governance mechanism.

- Drive a culture of compliance and meet global regulatory requirements.

Domain :

The candidate is expected to be an expert in Fund Accounting across various products and asset classes. Experience in other Capital Markets Operations apart from Fund Accounting will be an added advantage.

This role would require the candidate to work in Client time zone and the candidate should be willing to work in EST time zone (typically from 3pm to 12 midnight)
