Job Description:
Job Summary :
- Seeking for an experienced and strategic minded individual to join our Performance Management CoE.
- This person will play a key role in driving process improvements, designing frameworks and managing strategic initiatives across areas like performance, career management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- This individual will help in design, execution and continuous improvement of talent related processes across the organisation enabling employee development and long - term growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enhance performance management frameworks, develop key KPIs to track progress and employee productivity thereby fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Lead execution of goal setting, quarterly check -ins and annual reviews ensuring timely completion and quality of feedback.
- Work closely with HR Business partners and departmental heads to drive a culture of regular, transparent and unbiased performance process.
- Create talent review processes to identify high potential employees and key talent risks.
- Develop, execute and drive strategic succession plans to ensure a pipeline of capable candidates for critical roles.
- Design and maintain career development frameworks with clear pathways for employee growth and development.
- Drive process improvements across performance management Conduct periodic reviews of the all the talent processes for improvement areas and implement best practices.
- Oversee integration and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless performance and talent management processes and a user friendly experience.
- Utilize data/insights for Comprehensive reporting on performance, talent gaps and succession readiness providing leadership with actionable recommendations for talent and performance strategy.
- Champion change management ensuring successful adoption of new tools, processes and frameworks across the organization.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelors' or Master's degree in HR
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent strategy, or related HR functions
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and performance management tools
- Experience in designing and implementing performance and talent management frameworks
