Summary:

Part of the Intelligent Automation - Solutions / Pre-Sales team, you will be involved in building the automation solution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Working closely with the Sales team on proposals and pitches for new business

- Create technical solutions for Intelligent Automation opportunities / proposals

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, seek sign-offs and finalise solutions with respective teams involved

- Being accountable for the quality of the solution and handover to delivery team for execution

- Evaluate client processes and propose best-fit solutions including but not limited to RPA, OCR, AI / ML and Analytics interventions

- Partner with customers to identify the best solution that meets their requirements in terms of automation strategy on an enterprise level

Candidate Requirements :

- 8 -12 years of total experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation Pre-Sales / Solutions & Transformation

- Experienced in developing intelligent automation solution / architecture designs

- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies RPA, OCR, AI/ML, NLP, Chatbot etc.

- Know-how of leading Intelligent Automation Platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, WorkFusion etc.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand

- Constantly upgrading the solutions with evolving technology and customer requirements
