Hexaware - Management Trainee - Finance - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

We @ HEXAWARE Technologies are looking to hire Management Trainee (Finance) -2018 passout for our Chennai / Mumbai office.

MBA with prior experience with an IT company, fresh MBA's (2018) from premium colleges, 0-2 years in Finance roles, While experience is preferable, it is not constraint for a driven, high energy and results oriented person with a strong academic background.

The Management Trainee Program for fresh Management graduates provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of business.

- Self-starter with an ability to identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

- Exposure and/or knowledge of current technology trends and focus areas for SI, a good plus.

- Understanding of business requirements and know how to map technology.

- Tracking, analyzing, preparing statistics and reporting on customer opportunities.

- Understand customer needs, requirements and map to ES Solutions highlighting - strengths, capability.

- Perform customer business research

- Should possess business acumen

- Excellent Academic record

- Should have undertaken a minimum of 1 internship during the course of MBA

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Must be flexible with location during and after the program.
