Job Description:
1. Tracking the non-compliance cases on a periodic basis
2. Mailers to non-compliant employees with cc to managers
3. Tracking multiple defaulters - sending warning emails to employees.
4. Managing the database and informing required stakeholders on a periodic basis - Managers, BU Leaders, HR BPs, etc..,
5. Any further consequence action to be managed, based decisions.
6. Strong experience in managing end to end HR Compliance & Labour Laws.
7. Good experience in HR Compliance & Operations, Labor Laws Compliances & Factory Compliances.
8. Addressing queries of location HRs and employees related to various compliances. Meeting authorities (Labour Departments) for various registrations, renewals and for submission of returns under Labour Laws.
9. Ensuring Compliance registers under applicable laws of applicable states.
10. Random HR Audit for HR Compliance.
11. Preparing MIS, Audit Reports, PPTs and Dashboard.
12. Ability to manage ORACLE HCM.
