Hexaware is looking for experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving employee grievances and retain talented workforce.

Role demands:

1. Excellent communication skills with Good people skills.

2. Partnering with Campus Hiring, Hexavarsity , Competency and vertical teams for Mavericks HR related.

3. Provide on the ground support for all HR policy and process related requirements and addressed.

4. Scheduling onboarding meetings for the newly joined Mavericks

5. Coordinate HR interviews for the campus hires.

6. Employee related issues and grievances which led to improvement in employee experience.

7. Developing/Updating HR strategies, policies, and practices for Mavericks.

Qualifications

1) Degree in HR, MBA, or related field

2) 2 - 5 Years of professional experience

3) Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills

4) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
