Independently manage and drive global Analysis, Data & Reporting. 3. Should possess strong experience w.r.t. Reporting, Data Management & Analysis. 4. Provide ongoing support to the business (managers, finance, legal, HR and other functions) on complex aspects. 5. Provide insights, observations, and recommendations based on the analysis and reports produced and participate in decision-making. 6. Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Rewards Head regarding non-standard/tailored compensation benefits packages based on research and data analysis. 7. Be able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data/executive packages. 8. Drafting and presenting communication materials for the field (HR, managers, finance, other functions) regarding the various aspect of CB on an ongoing basis or as a means to support the communication of CB processes and strategy 9. Manage ad hoc projects such as restructuring activity, MAs, Rebadge transfers 10. Analyse cost impacts, legal implications and practical considerations of harmonizing or making any changes to the compensation and benefits of transferring employees 11. Support the presentation of recommendations to management, unions or work councils and implement any changes to the CB aspects of employees from the acquired company to the new company. 12. Supervising the operation of systems and the upload/download of data 13. Monitoring the interfaces with other systems and ensuring it is conducted smoothly 14. Be involved in implementing new HRIT systems in the aspects that they relate to Compensation Benefits. 15. Should hold strong experience in number crunching, data & analysis. 16. Strong in Data analysis and Logical thinking.
