Position/ Title :

General Manager / Senior General Manager

Location : Bangalore

Project description - Lead the operations teams for a Global Bank providing services in Retail as well as Corporate Banking space.

Please give a high level explanation of the application or technology that this candidate would work.

The Candidate is expected to manage end-to-end operations for a Global Bank servicing out of Middle East. The bank has operations across multiple geographies and plans to set-up an Operation Hub for some of its business lines in collaboration with Hexaware.

Description of day to day tasks :

- Liaise with Operations Leads and Stakeholders across different geographies on day-to-day delivery and meet structured deliverables deadlines.

- Mentor Change Management including automation initiatives including transformation and robotics, and drive productivity milestones

- Monitor operations health in terms of SLAs, KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics

- Manage large teams based across different locations in India and ensure smooth delivery

- Manage critical client stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage client escalations ensuring a smooth resolution to concerns / issues.

Domain Technical Skills.

The candidate is expected to be an expert in Banking space with experience in managing large operations for a global bank. Detailed knowledge of Islamic Banking is a must.

This role would require the candidate to work in Client time zone, including following client weekly schedule (Friday - Sat off and Sunday working)
