General Manager - Executive Assistant
Job Description
Will be responsible for leading a large team of Executive assistance and their delivery manager who will provide high-level administrative support virtually to the Senior Executives based out of different geographies, managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information with discretion and providing administrative support like expense management, claims, travel logistics etc.
Role & Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a large team of executive assistants who come with varied experience of managing high level administrative support to senior executives
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective support for senior executives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the executive assistant team and delivery management processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage and optimize processes for delivery management to ensure efficient and timely delivery of service and support to senior executives
- Act as a Liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
Preferred candidate profile- Minimum 15 years of total work experience with atleast 2 years of experience working/managing as an Executive Assistant/Secretary in a corporate environment
- Should have strong people management experience handling larger teams in a BPO, handling clients from multiple geographies
- Should be a good client facing individual and be able to manage the clients effectively
- Ability to build and nurture a cohesive team culture, fostering collaboration and trust among team members
- Capability to resolve conflicts within the team, mediating disputes and fostering constructive dialogue
- Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and implementing solutions to streamline workflows
- Ability to allocate resources effectively, to optimize productivity
- Skill in monitoring team performance, setting benchmarks, and implementing strategies for improvement
- Capacity to identify and mitigate risks to operations, ensuring continuity and resilience
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies governing operations, ensuring adherence and compliance within the team
