Hexaware BPS - Senior General Manager/Leader - Automation Consulting

Position: Automation Consulting Leader

Work Location : Navi Mumbai.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Leading assessment and presales team for automation assessment

- Reviewing assessment team and & also Performing Automation Assessments

- Transformation using RPA, NLP (Natural Language Processing), Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc.

- Process Mining using Celonis, Kryon, OpenConnect, etc.

- Responding to RFPs, creating responses in Word & PPT.

- Creating Process Maps, VSMs for Current and Future transformed or automated state

- Leading important RFPs and solutions

Qualifications:

- BE (Preferred not mandatory)

- MBA (Preferred not mandatory)

- Certifications in RPA, AI/ML preferred

Mandatory Skill Sets:

- Should be able to demonstrate the relationship and consultative selling skills along with client interaction management.

- Excellent analytical skills to capture customer's requirements and relate to automation solutions

- Experience in transformation assessments or projects as a Business Analyst

Competencies:

- Knowledge of Automation techniques (RPA, ML, AI, NLP, etc.)

- Preferably worked with one of the tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Google AI, AWS, Azure, IBM Watson, etc.
